Thoughts?
The Moto's will handle the BT4180 all day Long....
Yeah the Moto's will do just fine with the 4180. Those speakers can take a beating.
For the 5X7's perhaps try a high-low converter with a gain setting. I do think 60w RMS is kinda low for 5X7's on a bike Sounds like they will sound crystal clear in a car....but not really take the pounding they need to on a bike to be able to hear them.
Thanks for the quick replies guys, I thought so,, just wanted to pass on what they said, I know Gann had known what amp I was going with,,and said it'd be great. I'm ordering it right now! Hoping bag lids will be in by next weekend....
Just requested the return process for my Focals, and will be calling BT to get their 5x7 with the amp. They will cut a great package deal I know,,, kind of wish I'd done all BT after she told me their deal they could do for a package for my bike. HOWEVER it's not much different than with the Arcs,, and I'm sure I will love those!
Don't go too hard on the "I told ya so's" (Buy from dealer here, etc...) Just looked at the ebay ad.. says no returns on Focal 5x7's... may have a set brand new for sale, I paid 239 shipped,,, or I may just run em till they blow, and return to factory,, hehe. Let me know if anyone want's them,, we can work something out if they don't let me return them.
