Good! Because most of the good amps that won't break your bank will cause some loss of FM reception. It's a gamble, but worth it if you don't want to dish out a ton on a system. If you are only doing your fairing speakers and don't anticipate adding more speakers. Get:

Biketronics 7P1 speakers - 250.00 (call them and ask for the HDforums discount)
Cerwin Vega B2 Amp - 120.00
Amp wiring Kit - 10.00
Polyfill - 10.00 (do a search on this forum for pics. You want 2 thin sheets behind your speakers)

About 400 bucks and you'll have a system you can hear with no issues. The BT speakers come with a lifetime warranty and the B2 pushes come very clear power at 150w to each speaker. In your price range that would be my go-to set up.

Just make sure you don't use alot of it. 1" thick strips at the most. If you cover the whole back of the amp you'll never get the damn thing off. Lol
