Can you bypass the amp? Connect speaker outputs from head unit directly to speakers. Did you have the head unit flashed when you added the amp?

My dealer doesn't charge for the flash but I've read some charge between $25-$50

You didn't say if you have the REM wire connected or not, but that was an issue with my bike when I had an RF amp, couldn't get sound with any flash. Once the REM was hooked up everything was fine.

I used the Rockford Fosgate install kit and don't need to run a REM wire, I did have a working Fader after the initial Flash from the dealer but since the update I still have Fader option but nothing happens when I toggle it, this is why I think it may be a flash issue. I will try the REM if the flash doesn't take care of it ,thanks for the suggestion.

Do the rem first common issue that will take care of power, flash is the issue with fader, try toggling fader then turn off bike completely and check position of fade it will change only bye doing it this way , then keep reading on this or any forum and you will understand that you screwed for now as far as having the system working properly.
