Before you know it you will have C5 JLs in the front and Kappas in the lids and............, then change the amp to match the desired SQ and Bass and DB and.........
T.
Funny thing is that there's a set of JL C5's and Infinity 693's in my garage right now!!!
But yesterday I discovered some equipment thats made from fairy dust, mermaid tears, is as strong as east german anabolics and rivals the ability of the flux capacitor. So I think I'll be happy once it's complete.
My goal ("soon", and I know this is gonna be tough) is to not swap anything out for 30 days. First step!
I'm almost there.
side note: you have no idea how correct you are on the second sentence regarding matching the right amp to the right speakers....and the only real way to figure that out is trying them out.
So you like the DD 8's over the PRV's? Interesting...............
Out of the ones listed the DD's had the best freq range and highest sensitivity. So yes.....but chances are I'll have them for sale soon if your still interested in a pair.
They retail for $399 but I am getting a quote from a dealer. If I can get them for $300 I might pick up a set to try..
Edit.... Was quoted $329 shipped..... HHHHMMMmmmmmm.....
I am assuming these bolt right in a 14 and up SG? I had some Hertz in a 67 nova i had and they were awesome. Did you decide to get them i will be interested to see what you think?
