Been researching this flash situation a bit as my BT install is coming up next week, thus the pic below is the latest published flash guidance for the HD Tech. It's on the BT Support interweb page at the bottom left.
Don't think it is technically a "stock flash" which might be jamming a few guys up when they visit the HD Techs that may not have been properly exposed to this flash - aftermarket amp stuff. There seems to be a disconnect between the BT amp install and the LL install. Instructions seem to be for the amp.

That was before the LL came out, I had option 2 and was quite happy with my audio quality. I got the LL and went to the dealer, asked him to take back to stock, (4 sp, no amp, fader option enabled) he hooked me up. I had an issue where my Rear channel LL was way out of adjustment from them and they sounded worse than before, I was in touch with Bill quickly. He gave me some troubleshooting ideas, got it down to RR channel was sounding crappy. Neither one of us thought the adjustment could be off, he sent me a new LL. When I compared the two adjustments on the back, on channel was cranked way off. (Bass was way overloaded and dirty) I had ridden with it that way for a few weeks, result, blown BT 5x7,, new one on the way. IT sounded better though,, even with a blown RR speaker! Can't wait to get my new lid speaker and get it back on the road.
