Default H&K help.....

I have the original H&K radio on my 2013 FLTRX. Recently the plug for the external input (my cell phone) has developed an issue where the plug itself seems to be loose and therefore does not work. It's as though the radio doesn't recognize that it has an external device plugged in. The actual plug feels like it's loose in there.

Any ideas?

Thx

Yep, my 2010 SG HK was messing up the last few months I had it, (Right buttons didn't work, couldn't set the time, or do those presets) If I hadn't been planning on trading or selling my bike, I'd have sent mine off to them, spent quite a few minutes on the phone with them, I believe the Audio quality of the radio would have been better when returned they said,, not tons, but any improvement on the stock HK HU would help...
