I went to the local HD dealer today and got my 15 FLHXS radio flashed for four speakers to enable the fader control functioning. I'm currently running BT 7.1's in the fairing with their brackets. In the lower fairings HD speaker pods, BT/Hertz Hi energy 6.5".I opted to keep my Sound Stream 520, its paid for. BT line levelers both front and rear.Both gains are about 12 o'clock. My FM works, I've been using an iPod currently to see if a little better sound using the equalizer, I'll try a Flash drive after a couple of weeks. After the flash I'm satisfied with the sound, bringing the lowers more into play fills the sound envelope. Until a new development comes along, spring's coming I'm riding it! One more thing I just got HogTunes unlabeled speaker grills to get rid of the fabric, I'll get to those in a while,looks like a real pain in the a.... I did install a Mic so I can use the PTT feature thanks to this forum.

Well like I said until new developments come along........I left myself a way out here. Sooner or later a new and better
Head unit may make it's debut, and of course next winter may take it's toll on me. But for now.......I must admit installing Hog tunes speaker grills won't be my favorite thing to do...I wish I would have....Well you know,get the cart behind the horse!
