Can someone help me with the setting on the SS TN4.900 amp?
I have the Sony mex-70bt. Changed settings for the head unit a little while ago based on an earlier thread. The amp seems to be confusing. The amp is running bt 6x9s in the lids and kicker cs67's in the pods.
The slide selector is set to full. What should hpf and lpf be set to? Should the push buttons be pushed in or out for the crossover?

Thanks in advance.
I would run the HPF at 80 on the rear and 100 on the front stage.
Slyedog ,
Appreciate your help, but maybe I didn't ask my question clearly. There are two buttons per channel (hpf, lpf) located at the bottom as seen on the picture. If these buttons are pushed out it says "x1", and pushed in says "x10". Should these buttons be pushed in, pushed out, one in and one out, etc.? The front channel is running the kicker 6.5s in the pods and the rear channel is running the bt 6x9s .

It should be X1 as in times 1 and not times 100 of the value on your HPF. So if it was at 80 on the dial and you had X10 pushed your HPF would be set at 800!
That's a great hidden gem sounding amp. It pumps some serious warm sound. I'd prob be a bit more aggressive and set the front at 70-80 and the rear around 60.

I didn't notice that. Never even heard of an amp having a setting so high. Only way that would be beneficial is running components bi amped and crossing over the tweeter. Make sure you set slide switch to hpf on both front and rear.
