The Rushmore' s have a 2in port into the tourpack. I just pulled a speaker to install spacers and Kappas in the rear pods

ill be putting the kappas up front. possibly in the lowers too. that will be my next fab project. but that will be alot easier

one assembled and welded. leave outside corners open for a full penetration weld. no worries when grinding the corners to a radius





partially sanded. DA sander next the perhaps a little filler before it goes to paint. next pic will be of them still unpainted, but mounted to pak. you will notice how much room i gained in the space between the pods compared to other pre-Rushmore baggers
