Don't splice anything. Do you have speaker wire?

Do this:

Unplug the connects AT your speakers. Connect speaker wire to the factory speaker wires that you just disconnected and run that new speaker wire BACK to the amp and connect that to your Amp inputs (pos and neg).

Then run new speaker wires from your amp out put (pos and neg) to your speakers.

No splicing.

Again thanks for the help. I'm not a big believer in name brand hype, until I see it for myself, and it happens often haha. So I opted to give it a shot, and hopefully learn something and pass on the good or bad info..

something like this makes it easy, Stock speaker wires in, RCA cables out to amp, New wires from amp to speakers. No cutting stock harness, No damage to amp, You may blow up speakers but take it easy untill you know how much volume they can handle.

Obviously splicing into the right color wires
Unhook the wires at the speakers and use that as your input signal. Run new wires from the amp to the speakers. Hot and ground are easy enough to figure out. Run those direct to the battery with an inline fuse on the hot wire. Inline fuse should be rated lower than the fuse in the amp. You will also need a remote wire to turn the amp on. Tie into the cig lighter for that. Good luck. If it turns out to be less than what you expected, come on back and we'll try again.

I tried doing a quick search of that amp and couldn't find any info on it as for what class A B D and so on. He doesn't need any charging system problems.

I did too and that company has both class A/B's and D's. This one looked nothing like their A/B's so I'm guessing (hoping) it's a D.

I did the same Babyboy. Most of what I found on the Audiobahn was class A/B but couldn't find info on the one he's using.
