What software are you guys using for Rushmore audio USB?

I have a flash drive in my 14 SGS and am having some issues as far as songs not being readable and album cover images. I hate that I have to search thru all my songs instead of a folder option. I was hoping you guys had an answer for this. Maybe software or file distribution for easier download. I use my phone via bluetooth but want to have my flash working better. itunes doesnt seem to work properly for me. songs are hit and miss. Thanks.
