First question would be what is your budget and secondly is keeping FM a priority.
5-700 for the equipment. If I am keeping the same H/U then yes I want FM. I have an aftermarket H/U on the 03 with the boom crap, speakers in the lowers and I don't care for it.

Being that you want to keep FM makes it tough. The Rockford Fosgate pbr300x2 is well known for keeping FM but with your background in the car audio world I don't believe you'd be pleased with that. My suggestion to you would be to call Bill at Biketronics and let him put a kit together for you. The BT amps are powerful and keep FM and his kits are pretty much plug n play. A pair of the BT 7.1 & BT 6.5 ran in parallel on the BT2180 will get you very close to your budget with the HDFORUM discount. Bill is very knowledgeable and can walk you through your setup and doesn't mind doing it. As a plus...it all has a lifetime warranty.
I was getting some great advise at first. Did I **** everyone off? I sure hope not. I am about to pull the trigger on equipment, and just need a couple last pieces of advise. I am going with Arc for the reasons previously mentioned but need some help weighing the rear options.
MPAK 12 for the amp, fairing speakers and wiring and install parts
What will I gain the most from? Lids with Arc Moto 692's, or another pair of 602,s with V-Twin audios adapters?
I have read so many reviews, and installs my eyes are starting to bleed. You have convinced me to upgrade the H/U as well.

If you go with the ARC amp just make sure it's the Moto 600.4. If you are going to run the Moto's up front and 692's in the lids you need two 600.4's. Bridge both amps. The Moto 600.4 is a little weak with the Moto's if you don't bridge it. The 692's definitely need to be bridged.
Yes, the mpak12 comes with the 600.4 amp. That single amp isn't enough for the 602 and 692's? I'm changing the h/u to the Sony Mex70BT but still only want to use a single amp. Power rating is the same for 602 and 692's except for peak, and only 2 db difference in sensitivity so it will have to do.
