You might be right Bobby! Now that I think about it. Anyway you can run two of the speaker sizes I mentioned in the Hog tune lids. 6x9's and 6.5's with the adapter. I have not found a 6x9 speaker that won't fit in the Hog tune lids.

I'm sorry about being Brother Negative but I too have the great BT system (fairing/lowers/4180 amp) and the Pioneer 6x9's (with the HogTune lids). In my garage, it sounds like a disco. But at highway speed, I don't hear those 6x9's. And, there's not much difference btwn the Pioneer 6x9's and the BT 6x9's.

Maybe its because the BT speakers up front are drowning out the Pioneers.
I can't imagine the BT 6x9's being any different.

Just my 2 cents...

I have the BT 6×9 in my lids, I wish I would not have spent the money I can not hear them going going down the road at all. I love BT my whole system BT . I wish I would have done lowers instead. Just my 2 cents .

my 2cents should always do lowers first if you can live with having lowers that alone took me awhile , and agree that above 70mph I do not here 6x9's BUT she dose, I would never give up my 6x9's all the country back road's I ride 40-60 mph would Suck with just midds and highs from front.

I'll even go this far. Since doing my headers and CFR's, I rarely turn on the sound system anymore.

Plus, I bought a Uclear 100 headset for like $40 from ebay. I have it connected to my helmet and phone. When I do listen to music or even GPS, I listen to it that way instead of via my stereo. WHY? Because I don't like being that guy: The guy with the overly loud obnoxious stereo at the red light.

Guess I'm just getting old.

Before investing a grand or more for audio, make sure you really want/need it.
