complete crap! Labor is supposed to cover that.. That's why the "tech" makes 14 and the dealer makes 96... The story never ends..

Wow, there are no parts used or thrown out in this process. I've been right there with them helping and all they do is plug into the same spot my FP3 hooks into and fire up the computer. Takes about 10 mins tops with some BS'in. Sorry to see you had a bad experience with that dealer.
