Any one heard or used these speakers.
I have the PBR 300/4 amp with Polks.
I have a Kenwood deck and have to crank it to hear it.
I had some folks tell me I need new speakers and to use the Rockford P1650 cuz I have the amp.
Now I will say this they were vendors at a rally and so I am taking their advice mildly.
Those speakers are garbage and you shouldn't be running those polks with that amp. That amp is only 4ohm stable and your polks are 2.7ohms.
If you are going to upgrade anything, get a better amp and those speakers would sound much better. Me personally I would never run that amp. You're speakers are fine.

Agree with Haze!! Nothing wrong with your speakers if they are the Polk MM651's. I wouldn't fool with the Rockford speakers. Need another amp. Try the Cerwin Vega B52. Night and day difference.
Thanks guys
Yes, I am leaning more and more of yanking that amp out just hate spending more $$$ on it but if momma can hear the tunes better when all is said and done it will be ok.
Gannicus I have been looking at the SS PN4.1000 I have not looked into the CV but I will
thanks for the heads up on it and the idea that the speakers are good.
