Songs play twice

Songs play twice

When playing music from my thumb drive every song plays twice. checked the drive and the songs are only on it once. what did I do wrong ? 2014 SGS with Nav radio.

Mine does the same thing. Not every song, but always the same songs. I would say almost half do this. I can't figure it out either.

Think I have fixed it. Reset radio to factory specs. Then Reloaded latest update. Seems to be ok. Must have been the way the latest update installed the first time.

What update r u installing? If it's 1.19.2, it's getting really bad SQ reviews.

If that's the latest one, that's the one I put in.

I had 1.19.2 installed for a while but there were several reports of gremlins so I went back to 1.19.0. Search around on these audio forums as there are several links to the 1.19.0 update.

Takes about 5 to 10 minutes to complete the download, unzip to memory stick, and the install. Hopefully that helps!!! Let us know.

BTW, if u want to see what version u have currently, press and hold the mute button, turn the sled to accessory, when the accept screen comes up, release mute, and accept. Scroll down to Version and select it. Whala!!!

I did the factory reset as outlined by Biketronics and it seems to have fixed my issue of double playing songs as well! Also sounds much cleaner and louder! I am running 1.19.0
