Ran across these the other day http://www.eglidegoodies.com/id88.html
It would be the SP-1R that I'm referring to
Just wondering if anyone has purchased and can tell me if they have the passenger controls and headset plug in incorporated in them.
Allowing a 3" mounting depth is pretty interesting and allows for many more speaker combinations on a rushmore. I've searched the internet and can't find an alternate provider of them either
I was looking at doing these for my 03 EGC but wasn't sure if my stock HD head unit has a rear channel. Also, was not sure if I needed to drill my tour pack to mount them or if they use existing holes. Will be reading this thread to see what the crowd says.
So just found out from eglide that they do have mount holes for the passenger the vinyl just needs to be cutout. Waiting to find out if the controls affect the mounting depth. If it is 3" with controls that makes a big difference on what speakers you can put there
