Default Vibration coming from speakers

I have the biketronics 7.1 value line speakers with the biketronics brackets in the fairing. Im noticing some vibration/popping coming from one of the speakers. I have the stock head unit along with Razor RZ4-2000D amp. I also have kicker's KS series in the lowers. How can I tell if I have a blown speaker?

Thanks,
Brian

First you will want to isolate the speaker(s) making vibration/popping sound.
Then start looking at wiring connections and for correct polarity.
Assuming this is a Rushmore model is there a BT Line Leveler installed? If so check to make sure the LL's setting are set to default and the RCA cables are firmly in place.

How were the gains set on the amp?

Yes it is a 15. Used the BT line levers. In the process of taking fairing off. I used the set the gains by ear directions on website. Will probably reset. Can't not figure out what is the flat setting on the stock head unit. I was thinking that it is in the middle where the small circle is between all the bars. Is this correct?
Thanks,
Brian

This is what I consider flat.

Reset the gains, tighten a speaker screws up, and added poly fill. It did the trick. Will add poly fill to lowers in the morning.

Thanks All,
Brian

Good to see you figured it out.

You will want to leave the AVC or Speed Volume set to OFF.
