So the bike went in for a bit of work at the dealer and they "updated" my software to the most current one and I really do not like the sound of my stereo now. I have lost a ton of volume and the sound is almost as bad as my original BOOM system.
Can someone point me in the direction of a thread that is a step by step of how to go back to a better setting?

Copy the zipped folder to the root directory (the first or top
directory) of a USB drive. Some updates may require up
to an 8 GB USB drive.
Keyed ignition motorcycle: Turn the vehicle ignition
switch to ACCESSORY.
Keyless ignition motorcycle: With the vehicle turned
off, press and hold the trigger switch until the vehicle
enters accessory mode.
Turn on the radio.
Connect the USB drive to the vehicle USB port. The radio
will detect the new software and prompt for the update.
Select Yes. The software installation
begins. The display will prompt to remove the USB drive
when the update is complete.
After installing software version 1.19.0 you will want to reset the HU using the pre-calibration reset instructions from Biketronics.
The pre-calibration reset does not affect the software version. It will remove all user setting made to the HU and put them back to factory defaults. This will include GPS destination. Here's a good thread on exporting and importing user created destinations and maps.
