Default Speaker lids

So I'm about to buy some speaker lids for my 12 ultra. I am gonna get them from flee bay. I've seen that some of them have the speaker at a different angle. Does it make that much of a difference to the rider or passenger if the speaker is angled a tad bit forward or is it best to just save the money and buy the ones that it is pointed straight up? The price difference is about 100 dollars. That's paint if its not worth the extra.

The ones that point straight up are fine. Really can't get much angle towards rider and being a rear fill you will not hear them over your front stage. They will blend in well and balance some mid-low end. Matazu are best bang for the buck . I bought Hogworkz and swear they are just like Matazu. Can't tell any difference.
