Default Waterproofing Cloth

I'm looking for waterproofing material to cover the speakers with. What and where is best to get from? Thanks.

I just got some speaker grill cloth and some waterproofing spray. You would be about $25-$30 that way or spend $40 for the product below.

Don't see why not. Just mask the hell out of the surround as there is no telling what those chemicals might do to a good paint job. Probably harmless but doubt u want to be the lab rat on this one.

I wen't to the fabric store and bought some cloth that matched up good to speaker cloth on a set of speakers I already have then i stretched and glued (3-M spray) it to some screens that I made. once the glue was set I gave it a few coats of camp dry. No problems so far.

Thanks. You might be right. I plan on taking off the grills when I change out my speakers. there are only four screws holding them on. Then i can spray them with Camp Dry... which i already have...lol

In my experience rain isn't a problem with today's poly speaker cone construction. I don't ride in the rain if I can help it, but I've been caught in it several times with no ill effects. I'm running Pioneer TS6902's if it makes any difference.
