Actual thinking of keeping the BT4180 in front fairing to power the BT7.1s fairing and 6.5 lowers; and placing one of the sound stream in the saddlebag to power 2 6x9s and 5x7s in lids and bags. Thoughts??

If that's the case u will need to "Y" the RCA on the front LL and full all the RCA input holes on the BT4180.
As for the SS 900, that amp has a 2 or 4 input switch so if my memory is serving me well put that switch in ST mode and all u will need is an RCA that is long enuff to reach from the LL to the bag amp or RCA quick disconnect outside the bag.
Whala! Front and rear channels!!!

Thanks for the quick response; I'm not sure if I understand when you say(and full all the RCA input holes on the BT4180)??

Pretty much good to go on the amps. Good plan with the BT4180 up front and the SS in the rear. The potential elephant in the room is the Titan II speakers in the lowers. Not very good speakers in that location with the BT4180. When I ran those speakers in that location they sounded much better with the SS TN4.900.
any recommendation on inline fuse amperage? I see that the SS TN4.900comes with 2 fuses installed in the amp. Sorry for so many question; I'm a novice at this, but take pride in working on my own bike...

So what I mean by fill all 4 RCA input holes on the 4180 is that u will need to feed music to all of those holes via RCAs simply because the 4180 does not have the ability to borrow music from the other side of the amp (front V rear). So coming out of ur front LL u will have 2 RCAs (one white and one red) but u need 4 total (2 whites and 2 red) thus the 2 very short "Ys" u will have to purchase to split the signal coming out of the LL and feeding the 4 RCA inputs on the 4180.
As for your SS, there is a switch on there that tells the amp to borrow the signal off the other side thus u only need to plug one white RCA and one red RCA into it.
Some 4 channel amps allow all channels to operate off of just 2 RCAs plugged in (SS 900) while others require 4 RCAs (BT4180).
Had a pal pic some of those Y splitter RCAs at autozone of all places, so if u don't have a good audio shop nearby and are in a pinch, pull into autozone. (1 female to 2 male X 2 of them.)
