I currently running the stock system on my 2010 ultra limited. Starting to up grade right now. I may have made the mistake with my Pioneer head unit and DO NOT want any more. Bought the steering interface ( PAC) . Will buy a Sound Stream PN4 1000D ( wish I could get them cheap here ) . So now the speakers. My head is killing me from reading here. Problem is in Canada the pricing is thru the moon on car audio . Would like to stay under $300 each for the two sets of speakers. From looking it would seam as though the Alpine Type R's are the ones for me. In the same price range is the Hertz HCX 1654's. If you had to choose between the two which ones and why? Or if you can think of something else feel free to chime in. Remember Im in Canada so please dont recommend stuff like the Mille Legend as they are almost $900 up here. Thank you in advance.

U looking for fairing and TP pods or lowers?
Can BAB ship out of country or is this simply a currency exchange issue?

T.
might add the lowers later on. So tour pack and fairing for now. Its not worth ordering from the states. Its not the exchange but the taxes and duty are outrageous. For example I bought a phone cradle for $75 American with shipping . Duty and taxes came to $120. Crazy
Sounds like **** rape to me man. That's one hell of a tax!!!!
Well if the HCX are in your price wheelhouse, that's not a bad choice at all. A bit brighter than the MPX but that's a good thing at 90 mph.
As for the TP pods I think the Polk MM 651 will be talked about favorably as true drop in speaks. They would be a good balance for the HCX.
U ever consider running components in the fairing with the wire mesh grills and tweets installed in the middle of the grill?
I have a PN4 1000D I would sell you.
Also have Tailwinds old Focal PC165 that might work for you if interested
$250.00 plus shipping for the amp and speaks

Would those work in a Rushmore street glide? If the OP isn't interested I'd take them. Don't think I can PM since I'm new to the forums..
Thanks To all the guys who have pmed me. Thank you for the offers of help and even help with the install. It is simply amazing . Looks like I will be purchasing Makdaddys speaker and amp combo. So all thats left is one more set of speakers and wiring items.
