The RF400x4 won't have enough juice to make you happy for the fairing and lids. The Pioneers like 150 watts and what ever you end up with in the fairing will like 150-200 watts
1 Rockford T400X4ad for lower fairing and tourpak
2 diamond micro 2v2 one for specifically for upper fairing and one specifically for pioneer 6900 pro 6x9
who do or can I contact for the DD upper fairing and a pair of the 6x9 pioneer pro(is amazon ok to buy from $125)
also so should I get the biketronic LL or just do flash?

Get ahold of Haze at Bagger Audio Lab, he is on here as a sponsor and knows the DD speakers well.

Definitely use the LL's and Haze with Bagger Audio Labs is your man on the DD stuff. I'm getting my stuff from him too. He's been an asset to the forum for a long time now and personally test all his products before he offers them up for sale. Hit him up by PM here or email him: alex@baggeraudiolab.com

I dont think you'll get both of those amps in the fairing, but I'll let someone else with a roady speak up. The HSK165XLS have been discontinued and are hard to find or are fake and generally like 180-230 watts. I know you are somewhat stuck with store credit here, so I'd bite the bullet some and get with Bagger Audio Lab and get your fairing speakers and then go from there with your store credit. I think you'll be happier this way, but you'll probably have to give up a little space in a bag or tour pak to power everything, but i could be wrong on losing the storage space.
This thread(s) are making my head spin... Frisco, I think you would do better to choose a system builder (Haze, Gann, T, just to name a few) that are familiar with these components, and know how they work together and stick with that person to come up with a PLAN rather than trying to randomly choose components in hopes of coming up with a good sounding system.

Is he messing with us? I can't tell. If you're serious... I apologize and seriously take Berts advice. Slow down. Pick one of those people he suggested. Send them a private message and just go with their advice. One and done! Having interacted with all of them many times, I promise you they will not steer you wrong. The choices are daunting but they have tried it all. Let them simplify the process for you and when they do roll with it. You'll be glad you did. I mean no disrespect, I just hate to see you struggling.
Good luck with your build.
