Default Amp install

Maybe I am idiot or just to new to figure this sight out. I tried searching for amp install stuff but no mentions if I need to run new speakers wires to all of my speakers. I have a kenwood kmr-d365bt headunit with the scosche hdswc1 handle bar control adapter. I am using a ss pn4.520 to over all 4 speakers. My question is do I need to run all new speaker wires or do I tap the wires from the main harness. Please help and I'm sorry for posting another new guy install problem

Run all new wires. Wrap them in some flex sheathing.

thank you that is exactly what I needed to know. I didn't even see a video that talked about running new wires to everything
