Does anyone happen to have a dropbox of some sort that has all versions of the Boom 6.5 software updates?
I'm currently running 1.19.0 with the JL MHX amp bridged to Arc 692s and I'm not really getting the bass that I think I should be. A little disappointing tbh. I'm going to try to install 1.19.2 and see if there's any difference. The HD website only provides the current update.

When I tested the two I found 1.19.0 so sound better. Rather than go to 1.19.2 I would suggest 1.20.3, 1.20.1 has been removed from the HD site. If you want 1.20.1 I can upload it tomorrow.
Thanks Guinea. Got it, I appreciate it. Bert, I have 1.20.1 so no need. I'm always hesitant to be on the latest software version and I too found that 1.19.0 was superior for sound.
Side note, it wasn't the software version that was making the Arc's not sound right. The problem has been identified and addressed.

The "problem" has been addressed? You ordered a new amp today?
I don't know what you're talking about Pete. I have a stock stereo and I'm keeping it that way. Stock HD bikes are built perfectly and there's no need to change a thing.

I'm speechless.....
Btw; don't forget to do a radio reset right after your reflash.
Why the reset? I've read that before. Also read that it isn't necessary. Not that I have anything saved on my radio that needs to be saved, just curious why it's important

Theory, and proven via testing, is the same result as a computer . Anytime a software change is introduced into a computer (these headunits are no different, a computer) in order for the software to 100% integrate a reset is required.
It sucks having to reset things but I assure you it can drastically make a difference on most newer (2014+) bikes.
