Which is better of the 2? and why/what are the differences?

Moto 600.4
Amps are identical except the chassis. The moto 600.4 is designed to fit in fairings. The XDI is a bit bigger.

Yes. I ran one bridged all last year. Again They are the exact same amp. Just a different chassis. All you want to know is right here in this link. One of the best amps on the market for size, power, and dependability. http://www.arcaudio.com/p/moto-600-4

You can always find a bad one of anything. Ive installed multitudes of arc amps, and have 2 in two other of my personal bikes. You just can beat the amp for what you get and what it will do

I am by no means bashing my arc amp! I love this amp. Great sounding amp.. gotta figure out what's up with it though.

Sounds like one of the internal fans had a bearing failure. They will stand behind it or order a new fan and I will fix it for free. Not hard to get in there to do. I had a boston acoustic gt2200 do same thing. They sent me new fans, swapped out no more problem.
