Default Help

well i got the install finished moments ago and something is definitely wrong. I've installed a Sony mex70 into a arc xdi 600.4 driving dd aw6.5 and at 28 in front and dx coax in the rear on a 2012 limited. Everything light up fine with no trouble codes and I'm certain all the connections are proper but when I turned up the stereo I only got a small very muffled sound from the speakers and adjusting the gains on the amp made no difference at all. Am I overlooking something simple? I'm at a loss
