Stereo upgrade
*Advice* I bought the 4 channel Rockford Fosgate PBR 300x4 channel Punch amp, 2 Kicker Comp RT 8's (for bags), 2 Infiniti Kappa 6.5 speakers (fairing), was looking at adding some tweeters where my stock mirrors were on the fairing. Any suggestions? Thank you. For my 2015 Street Glide

The Rockford PBR300X4 is a 4 ohm amp period. It will not play well with your 2 ohm infinity speakers or your 2 ohm kicker sub woofers that require at least 200 watts to sound good. Bad amp choice all the way around brother. I could go on and on but I'll stop right there. Need to read some threads on the forum and educate yourself before you purchase anything else. I don't know where to start bro! So I guess I'll start with the amp. Two things.

I would suggest that you let the guys here know what your end goal is as well as what components you already have that you "must" still use.
Start with what HU do you have, are you planning on using BT LL's?
The Kappa's have a good track record here but you need to make sure to pair with the right amp. If your going to be adding 8's in the bags you should plan on having a dedicated amp just for the 8's. This could be a 2 channel with big power or a 4 channel that is bridged.
There is a lot of thought that goes into a set up, even if its only a budget build for some better tunes.

Just want a crisp and clear sound with nice bass. Keeping my head unit. It's a special so has Navi. Thanks
But since you already have the 2 ohm speakers we can work with those. The Kappas up front need about 150 watts per speaker to sound good. Always better to have too much power than not enough. That said. You need two Diamond micro 2v2 amps. One for the Kappas and one for the kicker 8" subs. That amp will give you 250 watts per speaker at 2 ohms. That's what you need to make your kickers kick. Lol!! I've ran the Kappas at 225 watts for 10 hours straight and they didn't blink once. So yeah your set up is doable. You just need more power!!
Good deal! Everyone here totally understands. That's what we all want. As Pete said your set up is doable with the infinity speakers and the kickers. But it's gonna require a powerful 2 or 4 channel amp that is 2 and 4 ohm compatible. The thing I would always recommend first is 4 ohm speakers. They offer more flexibility than two ohm speakers.

Do you have the ability to return the Amp? Im my opinion you would be better served keeping the speakers and returning the amp. Regardless of swapping out the 6.5's I think you will still need a different option on the amp.
My suggestion would be to keep the speakers IF you got a fair deal on them and swap out the amp.
FYI, those Micro amps can really light up some speakers.
Also remember that you will get more power at a 2ohm load than 4. So if you are going to switch the speakers to a 4ohm speaker you will need to rethink the amp from the micro 2v2 to the 4v2 and run it bridged. (at least to the subs)

OK,
Then lets start this all over.
We already know that you just want clear crisp and some extra bass.
What is your budget?
I will assume that its going to be fairing 6.5's (I will assume coax)
And you are saying "subs" but is that really what you want?
How much bass do you want? do you plan to hear the bass when you are riding above 40mph?
Knowing that you will need some other items other than just speakers and amps, if you let us know your budget we can help you get a quality setup that will make you smile.
