Threw a code
Getting a U0184 code: Loss Communication with the radio. My question is I have an amp, will adding an amp void your warranty if I have to take it to dealer? Radio is shutting off time to time while riding.

did you have to relocate any wiring harnesses for the amp install? I just went through something similar this last weekend. Bike started throwing a " bus er " code and I had to tear into it 50 miles from home in a Harley dealership parking lot. I found a wire in one of the harnesses that the corner of my amp had rubbed a short in over the course of a few months since the install. May be worth looking at your wiring around the amp before you take it in.
