I have a 14 FLHXS with the 6.5
I installed an ARC AUDIO amp and two Focal speakers in the fairing. Prior to the install I flashed the radio to 2 AMPS ON 8 SPEAKERS as per instructions from SoundzCustoms.
I haven't updates my software since that time,Its been a few years and I see quite a few updates have came down the pike since then. My question is if I update my software via a USB thumbdrive, will it change my amp settings and fubar my sound?
Thanks folks...
It really depends on what software version you're running. If it's 1.19.0, that's a really good update for sound. Here's the good news. Update your software and see how it works for you. If you want to go backwards, many of us have the old updates that can't be found anywhere that we can get to you. It's unlikely that your setup will be much different.
