Budget Friendly Amp
I am looking into using either the AD Design CX62 or the Pioneer TS-A1686R's for the rear pods on my tour pac. What would be a budget friendly amp that would be good enough to push those speakers?

Are you looking for a four channel fairing and pods? or just a 2 channel to run the rear? The sound quality between those two speakers is night and day. I wouldn't go too budget with the AD's, they really shine with a good SQ amp.
