2016 Street Glide Special stock 6.5 HU
BT Line leveler
Arc Moto 602 front speakers
Jl 280/4 bridged pushing 150 per speaker
Switch on AP freq at 80
I was told and read that this should make my ears bleed
My question is I have the amp set on 2 channel with one set
Of Rcas. I feel it should be louder. I get good clean sound at 14 clicks. Should I be splitting the Rcas and
Running the amp on 4 channel? Will this help or hurt?

motos are known for being lower sensitivity and having more hard hitting mid bass. Going to take bit more power but really a more efficient speaker is where you gain the volume.
If you split the rca you will be running two channel still but in stereo if you leave speaker wires as is.Jl on that amp has great pictures make sure you follow directions. I have not found ear bleeding sound yet and have no current plans of installing horns to get there.2cts
The 602s are my favorite coax speaker but they do need power to wake them up due to the lower sensitivity as slye said. 150W should get them fairly loud, but they really start cranking around 200W. I'm not familiar enough with the JL amp to know if it will get you that kind of clean power or not.

Bump the gains on the end of the BT355 to 1 o'clock, reset the gains on the amp to obtain 165w. Do not touch the HPF on the BT355. Set the crossover in the high 80s.
If you have "AP" or all pass, it's irrelevant what frequency you have it cut off at because the switch is set at AP. You aren't crossing them over. Click it to HP and you will have an 80Hz crossover
