How about in the Northeast at Delmarva Bike Week in Ocean City, Maryland September 13th-17th? This is a very nice size event with big vendors and sponsors. Attendance has been reaching 60,000 plus. I will guarantee you more business (from me) if you show up.

i wish brother. We have the key west poker run that weekend.
I see Thunder Beach in Panama City at the end of October. Maybe Lone Star Rally in Nov in TX. Maybe another shop would do an exhibition sound off as a main event? T you gotta know more about Lone Star than I do.

BBB "Bikes Blues & Barbecue" is September 22, 23 and 24 in Fayetteville Arkansas. I will surely be there but will try my best to make something in October if that's best for all. I would enjoy seeing your systems and meeting all that I know mostly by screen name.

Although I can't attend this year. Thats what I was thinking. And Pig Trail Harley would be a good place to have it. They have plenty room, vendors, stage and food.
My thought would be to have the meet up somewhere with great riding! The first choice would be Colorado, Estes Park or Durango, the riding there if you haven't been there would blow your mind, probably have to be done before mid september gets chilly quick in the Mts. Second choice would be in the Smoky Mts in Gatlinburg or Maggie Valley (wheels thru time bike museum)! I would also think about NOT doing it during a rally, where crowds, plus expensive rooms are hard to book! Earlier you mentioned Atlanta where you are gonns be for a sound off..when was that! My $.02. All dates would then be open! Great riding and great company would be all I need for a great time!
