Rear Speaker Pods not connected....?
In addition to the new head unit, he installed lid speakers on the bags to replace the speakers from the TourPak (he wanted the Street Glide look).
Now that I have put the TourPak back on, I have come to realize the rear pods to not work, and don't seem to be connected to anything. When I take the fairing off to get into the wires, I can see that the front speakers and the lid speakers are hooked up.
There are two female RCA cables labeled REAR not connected to anything. When I take male RCA cables and connect them to the Pioneer head unit....NOTHING happens.
Why would this be???? I'm not too audio savy, so I'm unsure what would be causing this.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Lets get started!!!
1: What HU?
2:Is there a amp? and what is it?
3: What are the speakers?
4: Do you have controls on the bars? If so do they work?
5: What do you really want from your system?
6: Budget?
and go.
I took some pictures of the set up to try to describe what I'm talking about.
-The HU is a Pioneer MixTrax DEH-X7500S
-The Amp is an Alpine Head Unit Power PAck KTP-445U
-The RCA cables labeled REAR IN are currently disconnected with electrical tape. They are connected to the Amp.
-When I connect the RCA cables to the back of the HU, they do nothing.
I hope that helps narrate the pictures.
HU- Pioneer Mixtrax
RCA Cables, currently not connected
REAR IN RCA cables connected to Amp
Currently the FRONT IN cables are connected to the HU, which controls the Front Speakers and the Lid Speakers. When I plug the REAR IN cables here, nothing happens.

1) Pioneer Mixtrax DEH-X7500S
2) Yes there is an Amp, it is an Alpine Head Unit Power Pack KTP-445U
3) I am not sure what the speakers are. I believe they are stock, except for the lids speakers he put on.
4) I do have controls on the bars. They work for volume, mute, Tuner, source, etc. They seem to work as they should.
5) At this point I just want to be able to run the six speakers that are on the bike. 4 all the time, and 6 when I plug in the Tour Pak.
6) Budget is minimal at this point. Just purchased the bike, and need to sell my old one.
Thanks!

If you look at the pic of the Red/White RCA cables, you an see that there are Orange plugs that read RIGHT and LEFT. They are not plugged into anything, and I assume they need to be. The problem is that there is no Male end to plug them in to. Whatever goes opposite of this plug seems to be missing.

So what your saying is, in order to run all 6 speakers, the Orange plug marked RIGHT and LEFT needs to be connected to the Amp... Which means I am missing some wiring???
Noted on the Amp. I'll have to upgrade at some point. For now I just want to know how it all works. If it's harmful to run the 6 speakers on this Amp, I won't. But I want to know that if I upgrade down the road I will be able to run all six.
Now that you mention a lack of power, the speakers don't sound that nice as it is. I can't hear the lid speakers as I ride, but my wife can. I can only hear the front speakers at highway speed if I crank it to volume 40 (for reference, volume 8 sounds fine standing next to the bike with it turned off).
