That makes sense. I never noticed this before with coaxial speakers, do these components draw more with the x over?

Problem...speakers cut out randomly at high volumes above 2/3. Sometimes its both speakers, sometimes its one or the other. Does it driving or parked.

I've replaced the line leveler, rca cables and amp pigtails to try to rule out a short. First instinct is that the amp is clipping. If I turn the gains down it goes away but I have to turn them so low that the speakers dont seem to come to life. I've had several sets of coaxial speakers on this amp and never had it cut out like this.

Question....is it cutting out due to amp failure, wiring problem, or is this component setup putting a higher load on it causing symptoms not seen before?

Thanks for any help/advice.
I have the exact same problem, my audio starts clipping about 2/3 of the volume, mine is a FLHS 17 and I installed a RF PBR300x2 amp with IK 62.11 speakers , wasn't completely happy with the sound wanted something cleaner so I bought the BT LL and installed it, but didn't work properly since a channel wasn't working, even switched speakers to see if it was the amp or the speakers but no, my LL came with defects. And after that came the real problem. Now this thing is clipping don't know if the leveler messed my HU or the amp.
