Default Need Assistance

Good Afternoon everyone,

I purchased a 2017 Tri-Glide Ultra last Oct. and am now thinking of upgrading the speakers and adding an amplifier.

As far as installation goes, I can pretty much do it myself. I would prefer not to purchase the Boom upgraded speakers and amp., and not real impressed with the Hogtunes or Biketronics systems. (If I am wrong please let me know). I understand some systems need to have the dealer "re-flash" the bike? Is that true?

As far as the best components go, I am admittedly a noob. I have read and re-read most of the threads in the audio systems section, and honestly am more confused that when I began.

Can anyone recommend a nice set-up for the front and rear speakers and a amp., that won't break the bank. (I have budgeted up to $800-$900 for components).

Thanks in advance for your suggestions!
