I want to run RF 300x2 thru magic box. But cant decide on a batwing speaker within a $300 budget?

Also, what would be best drop in, non-amplified upgrade to tourpak pod speakers?

Oh, yes I read the long *** post of Rushmore audio.

With the PBR300X2 the infinity 62.11i are your best bet in the fairing. All the best drop in speakers for the rear pods are 4 ohm speakers with an amp. No amp would require a 2 ohm speaker. Might as well keep the stock speakers back there if you are not going to amp them.

The PBR300X2 won't push the Hertz to your satisfaction. The Hertz are power hungry speakers. Need about 150 RMS @ 4 ohms to push them and the PBR is only 100 watts at 4 ohms. 150 @ 2 ohms. The amp is a good match for the Infinity's. Hertz. Not so much.

I have the RF300x2 and the batwing focals. Takes all the amp has to push them. BUT, they sound badass
