ebay kappa fail

I found a set of Infinity Kappa 62.11is on ebay advertised as "new in the box" and "I open the box but never removed them"...

Man that sucks. People like that suck. Post the sellers name to protect others. File a complaint with eBay. Nothing will probably happen but karma has a way of evening thing up. Good luck!

I for sure will if I don't get a refund. I've bought a lot of motorcycle parts on ebay. This is the first issue I've ever had.

Request a refund from the seller. If he refuses, submit a complaint with eBay and attach pictures. Ebay will than make a judgement. Pics are worth a thousand words.

start a claim and you will get your money back no doubt. Ebay/PayPal are really good at buyer protection.

I was able to send them back and I did get my money back... but the seller relisted them with the same "new in box" description.

So don't buy these.
