Talk is cheap fellas, lets get some testing done!!
Ive got a set coming in next week to see for myself and compare them to my approx 20 sets of speakers on 12 different bikes I have in my shop. Im not going to hook up any meters nor calibrate ANYTHING outside of the wattage/crossover/eq. Im going to install them and then Im going to listen to them. If they sound good TO MY EARS they will stay, if not then they will join the shelf of shame in my shop corner, lol.
This thread is another reminder how we ALL need to keep what were doing here in perspective and keep personal feelings out of it.
I applaud the fact that we have another speaker to try out at a terrific price point and with potential and I personally look forward to pushing those speakers to see what they can do.
Phil, stay away from the low IQ dialogues man. Just part of the food chain so accept it and don't waste any of ur time on it
Toss ur new speakers in and see if ur ears like them. If they do, those Millie's don't stand a chance in ur lowers thus I will send u these WDX6 Motos to try down there and ur rolling down the road. Water treated in that lower location is a big plus as well. Big magnets so when u get ur EPCs see if the woof fits in ur lowers as the Moto is the same footprint.
It's hard to really tell because everyone plays something so different, it sounds good but a bit muddy to me. I guess I would have to hear the same song with another set of speakers to compare. Loudness is also real hard to gauge in a quick clip.
I wish more vids were posted playing actual songs people listen to.....like this one.

A vid is no where near how that bike actually sounds in person. Not even close!! In regard to the genuwine song. If you can get That song to sound that good on your bike. Your bike is tuned. That song has every instrument on the planet in it. That's why guys tune to it and that's why T is using it for a demo. Very smart on his part!! You may not like the song but if you can get that song to sound like T's bike. All the rest of the music you listen to will sound good!! I normally don't tell my secrets. But you called out the song. Had to defend it. Lol!!!
