I know in my case, if you lose the Guru's ...no reason to come on here! Ya think they would remember what happened when they got rid of Nutz...down went the forum...same will happen if Haze and the rest of the Guru's leave!
I'm confused. So BAL/Haze paid for his sponsorship like all of the other vendors have to do and he's being banned?
They are saying he can only remain a member through his paid sponsorship. Since he dropped his BAL sponsorship he can not come back as a regular member. Otherwise they feel like he would be unfairly promoting his products for his business under his old screen name. I would imagine it's written in his contract somewhere. . . . Yeah right. Same as anything else man. You play the game under the existing rules and they move the goal post. Nothing new. Is it fair? Hell no. Are they within their rights to change the game? Hell yeah. Happens all the time bro!
Wow!!! Been gone a few and really missed a good one. Honestly this is being made far more out of proportion than needs be by IB Brands. Honestly it seems a forceful ploy to corner a member to choose to pay and continue to sponsor or your gone, rather than politely state " If we find Haze making any posts that directly provides a monetary gain to BaggerAudioLab , or receive any reports, we will immediately suspend account and investigate the matter, and terminate account permanently if found that a violation has occured." Very simple stuff, but apparently it is about the money rather than the group if this decision goes in the wrong direction. I will take my pd membership and go with him in support if this does occur. Yes I do pay like many others to support the forum each year.
