Either trim the backs of the gauges to allow it to slide in further, or angle the amp as much as you can and use heavy duty zip ties to hold it in place.

Set the amp on FLAT and use the crossovers on your HU. Set between 80-90.
Where should I set the cross over setting on the amp ?

If your using the crossovers in the HU and have the amp set to flat, the crossovers on the amp are deactivated. Crossovers on the amp only work in HPF and LPF mode.

Since you no longer have crossovers in the HU, you'll need to use the HPF on the amp. Set the dial around 10:00 and that should put you in the 80-90 range. Set treble and bass on HU to flat (in the middle) and with volume at 3/4 adjust gains on the amp until you hear distortion and back off a touch. If you feel like the speakers are distorting a bit prematurely, rotate the HPF freq dial clockwise just a tad. Make sure bike is running when setting the gains. Once finished you can adjust treble and bass accordingly.

Beat me to it T. I was just about to link the same article. It's a very in depth read but it explains it well. Most of your higher end Class D amps do not suffer from this.
Besides...who listens to FM on a bike anymore?
