What's your budget? Are you planning any other speakers?

Not a big budget, just spent a **** ton on the bike, no plans for other speakers, was reading on another thread about SoundStream PN4.520D but that was a older thread and it was a 2ohm amp and these are 4ohm speakers. Can you wire them up to make them 2ohm?

You can use that amp for 2 or 4 ohm speakers. I would think the soundstream pn4.1000d would be a better choice for few bucks more. It will have more than enough power to push those speakers, and fit in the fairing. I don't think the pn4.520d will be enough. Wait till others chime in to see what they say as I am very new to this game but do alot of reading.

Not a big fan of the pbr seres amp but I do like the tm400xad amp by RF. Arc audio also is a great amp. Both are clear and loud.

Good choice on speakers, I just put the mm692’s in my lids. I freaking love them. I’m also a fan of the RF tm series amps. That PBR is prone to over heating. I’d say save for what you want. Focal, Diamond, Hertz, JL, ARC Moto, Digital Designs, Biketronics’s and Rockford Fosgate are the top contenders. Cerwin Vega is supposed to have a decent amp out, that won’t break the bank. Also mentioned is soundstream. But again, save for something better. Buy once, cry once.

The PN4.1000D is a good size amp 10.25" long 4.75" wide 1.5" height, good power just not sure about the length

That is a hell of a deal. I would buy it if I could. If it is how ever too much for your wallet the 1000d is tight but does fit. I don't think the fairing was any different in 07 to 09 when the frame changed. Some one smarter will have to chime in.
