The amp came with some small input connectors but I would have to cut and splice my existing harness is there a better way?

Big Mike, try and keep the install questions for your build in one spot as this will get all over the map and very hard for folks to easily provide support.
Ur gonna need a PAC SNI that will hook to ur HU output wires and on the output will be RCA ports that go from there to the amp.
HU>PAC SNI>AMP.
