Default Deciding what to get

So I've spent many hours reading every related thread here trying to figure out what I want to do with my 2017 SGS system. Here's where I'm at.

I have the hogpro speaker grills. So far that is all I've bought.
I'm thinking I'd like to try DD audio for the fairing. Most likely the AW6.5 and AT28, but I'd like to hear opinions from anyone that has use the VOB3 and VO M6.5 on how the two compare on the road.
I'm also considering PRV for my lowers that I will be using after they are painted. My reasoning is that the PRV will provide some lower end bass to cover where the DD won't get to. I'll let those with experience correct me is I'm wrong here.
The amp I have no idea, whatever fits in the fairing and will work with the speakers.

I had Focal coax in my 03 on a fosgate amp, and polks in the lowers, and it was good, but I want better this time.

I have looked at the Hertz components and other Focal sets to spend less money, but I've read from many that removed them for other speakers, and I have to ask, why?

Just a suggestion, the cost of the AT28 or BT30 tweet is just not worth the cash. Find a less expensive tweet.

You might also do some research regarding the PRV in the lowers. Great speaker in that location I'm sure but ur gonna have to grind the living shix out of it to fit as it is a square speaker. It's also not know as a bass speaker so if that's ur strategy u might reevaluate.
U r on the right track regarding what type of freqs u will want in the lowers, a PA speaker, but bass is not gonna be good from that location nor is a PRV loudspeaker gonna supplement bass for the AWs.

AWs in fairing and a PA in the lowers will be a great combo!!!

Just sayin!!!

Thanks Tailwind. I have a 6" belt sander and several other implements of deconstruction to make em fit.
I'll entertain any suggestions on what speakers and amps I should consider.
I'll be visiting the only local shop that is listed on DD website, so we will see how that goes. I'm not real confident about that shop though.

Yeah - As T said. Don't look to get any bass out of the PRV speaker. They are loud and clear SQ speakers. Exactly what you need in the lowers. Any bass is going to come from the lids or the saddle bags. Mainly the bags. Great combo with the AW's in the fairing and the PRV's in the lowers. The new focal amp would be a great addition to that combo.
