I have a 2003 Ultra Glide the battery had died and I had to jump it off. Once I did this the radio quit. It came back on after I road it for awhile but then it quit again and wont come back on. The fuse is good under the left side panel but I am hoping there is another fuse behind the fairing. can anyone tell me where to start looking

Blown fuses don't work like that. If you had a blown fuse the radio wouldn't come back on until you replaced the fuse. However, What concerns me is the radio didn't quit until you jump started the battery. The fuse is designed to protect the radio from any type of power surge. So that would lead anyone to believe a blown fuse. It's been a long time but if my memory serves me correctly that model year had a fuse box under the fairing somewhere.
Might pull the fairing and check there. What doesn't make sense is the radio coming back on after it quit. That scenario would indicate a short (loose wire or burned wire) somewhere in the system.
At the end of the day it could be as simple as the radio dying as USAproud stated. Happens with those radio's all the time.
