I think what they are saying is that the kit sucks, but stand alone the products are solid if they are paired up properly amp-speaker speaker to amp.

Aka, don't buy the kit.

Ok, I got it. I didn't buy the kit but kinda ended up with it. I bought the amp new for $395. Thinking I would buy some speakers to go with it and was thinking about the hertz 165.3's. Then I found a guy that had 4 new 602's that I bought for $400 which I thought was a good deal. So should I buy another set of speakers and use only one set of the 602's or not use the 602's at all? Or use the 602's and buy another amp. I am just looking for better than stock, not the ultimate.
