2002 Ultra Classic
Hey everyone, I apologize up front if this has been covered before, I hate to beat a dead horse but I'm new here and new to my bike so I'm learning on multiple facets. My questions is this; I just got a 2002 Ultra Classic, great deal and super low miles, but it has that infamous cassette deck in it. I was wondering if there was any options for a replacement out there that has maybe just a CD player or better that will also retain the weather band/FM as well as letting me continue to use my handlebar controls. OH and to throw another monkey wrench in here I also want to retain the ability to use my intercom and CB radio, the wife wants to ride and use it and I have buddies that use CB on long trips. Any advice is welcome, and again I apologize if this has been covered before and I didn't find it on here when I was looking. Thanks so much!!

All kinds of aftermarket options but if you want to keep your CB radio I think you're dead in the water. I would call iron cross audio and get their opinion. Might be able to upgrade through Iron cross.

thanks for all the input. also read a post in another thread about taking a stock radio out of an 04-05. direct fit, cd/mps capabilities and still have intercom/CB. Thanks a lot for the help guys.

Does is have an Aux input?
if it does you can just run an IPod or blue tooth receiver and play from your phone.
I have an 02 and that is what I currently am doing, until I upgrade the HU next winter.
