Hey everyone. 08 ultra. Justt installed t400x2 amp.only powering fairing speakers.Was working fine. Bike set a few weeks. now I'm not getting any sound out of speakers. Tore fairing off and have power to the amp. Any and all ideas please.

What head unit? Did you check every connection and fuses?

Kenwood x998. Head unit is working cause the rear speakers work.

Check your rcas, any buzz or white noise from front speakers?

Absolutely no buzz no sound no nothing..lol
like i said it worked great. Put fron fairing back on. Pulled it out of garage and no sound from fronts. Pulled fairing back off and amp light is on with ignition. Rechecked all speaker wires.

Check to make sure your selector on the amp hasn't gotten bumped to the LP instead of AP or HP.

Yep tried that too. No luck. Ground and all should be good if the amp is on correct?

Will the bike crank and run? Could be low battery.

Battery was dead but charged overnight and fired right up when i got home from work

Try running the front speakers off the two rear channels and see if you get sound there. Sounds like your front channels on the amp aren't working.
