Going to start in on the upgrade tomorrow and was hoping someone could chime in and save me trip to the hardware store - while installing the new BT speaker brackets I plan on swapping the existing Allen head screws in the upper bracket with SS hex head bolts / lock washers. Can anyone tell me what length they are so I can pick some up ahead of time? I'm pretty sure they're 1/4"X20 but don't know on the length since everything is still put together.
Anything else from those that have been here before - I've got the nylon spacer for the fairing stiffness upgrade on the list as well. Interestingly enough, the new BT brackets have the hole pre-drilled in them and came with the fastener (but not the spacer).
